Who We're Looking For:

An experienced, certified Lead VPK Teacher who's not only ready to teach — but ready to lead. You're driven, dependable, and eager to make a lasting difference in your students' lives.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the Learning: Design and implement a creative and impactful VPK curriculum
• Mentor Your Team: Guide and support assistant teachers to foster a cohesive classroom
• Partner With Parents: Build strong, ongoing relationships and share progress updates with families

What You Bring to the Table:

• DCF 45 Hours (active and completed)
• VPK Certified
• Active CDA, or Associate's/Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education
• 1+ year in a licensed childcare setting
• Proven leadership in a VPK classroom
• CPR & First Aid Certified
• Background Check Passed
• Must be 18 or older
• Available Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
