We are seeking a mission-driven IT Support Specialist to provide responsive and professional technical support to students, staff, and faculty. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology, problem-solving, and service in a faith-based educational environment.

Job Responsibilities :

• Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 help desk support via phone, email, remote tools, and in-person assistance.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, IP devices, and other technology in accordance with IT policies.
• Manage helpdesk ticket workflow, documentation, and escalation processes.
• Maintain user accounts, system configurations, and perform regular updates and patch management.
• Support and troubleshoot VOIP phone systems and Power over Ethernet (PoE) devices.
• Educate users on IT policies, cybersecurity awareness, and technology best practices.
• Track IT assets and maintain accurate inventory and documentation.
• Assist with deployment and support of school-approved applications and platforms.
• Collaborate with departments to support technology needs across campus.
• Assist with onboarding and training new users on systems and tools.
• Assist with implementation and deployment of high-level projects as directed.
• Serve as backup to facilities team to assist with setup and operation of AV equipment for campus events, including sound, projection, and live streaming.
• Collaborate with IT team members to gain cross-functional knowledge of their roles, systems, and processes to provide backup and support as needed to ensure continuity of operations, while maintaining primary focus on assigned responsibilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Other duties as assigned.
