Chattanooga Pain Surgery Center is seeking a seasoned and motivated Clinical Director to join our dynamic team. We are a fast-paced, ambulatory surgery center dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and fostering an outstanding experience for patients and their families.
About the Role:
As Clinical Director, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the operating room, implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, and elevate the patient experience. Reporting to the Administrator, you will collaborate to ensure fiscal accountability, develop and refine policies, and assess staff performance.
Your leadership will include managing staff credentialing, driving safety measures, handling risk management, and utilizing your clinical expertise to improve outcomes. Experience in OR and pre/postoperative care is essential.
