Provide excellent service via phone, email, and in-person communication

Answer customer questions about coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes

Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and build loyalty

Follow up with clients and maintain detailed records of all interactions

Help customers understand insurance options and assist with updates and claims

Qualifications :

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Must obtain Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses (we cover the cost)
