About the Role

RD Nutrition Consultants is seeking a compassionate motivated Registered Dietitian / Health Coach to support clients through individualized behavior-change coaching. This fully remote role is ideal for RDs who enjoy motivational interviewing goal-setting support and empowering adults to make sustainable lifestyle improvements.

What Youll Do

In this role you will provide structured evidence-based health coaching designed to help clients improve chronic disease risk factors and build confidence in making lifestyle changes. Responsibilities include:

Client Coaching & Support

• Conduct initial coaching outreach to introduce services and build rapport
  

• Review assessment information including labs medical history lifestyle and social needs
  

• Provide 35 coaching sessions per participant delivered via phone or video
  

• Use motivational interviewing SMART goals and client-driven planning to support sustainable behavior change
  

• Help clients identify barriers access community resources and stay engaged with healthy lifestyle goals
  

Documentation & Communication

• Maintain clear concise documentation of every coaching session and follow-up
  

• Submit appropriate session summaries and coaching records through secure channels
  

• Coordinate with program partners and care teams to ensure continuity of services
  

Supporting Client Outcomes

• Tailor coaching to each clients needs readiness and personal goals
  

• Provide referrals for community support services when relevant
  

• Help clients build self-efficacy and maintain progress through consistent check-ins

What Were Looking For

• Registered Dietitian (RD/RDN) credential required
  

• Strong skills in motivational interviewing and behavior-change counseling
  

• Experience supporting clients with chronic disease risk factors (BP lipids A1C weight management etc.)
  

• Ability to work independently and manage a small ongoing caseload
  

• Organized timely and comfortable with structured documentation processes
  

• Compassionate client-centered communication style
