Assembler

To hire Assembly Technicians who can assemble different electronic components, interpret blueprints, and use hand tools.

Pay rate : $22-$26 DOE

Schedule : Monday-Friday | 6 : 00 am-2 : 30 pm

Responsibilities :

Assemble complex wire harnesses and cable assemblies from blueprints, schematics, and work instructions.

Perform crimping, soldering, stripping, and terminating of wires with precision and attention to detail.

Route, bundle, and label wires to maintain clean, organized, and compliant assemblies.

Operate standard tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, and crimping equipment.

Conduct visual and continuity inspections to verify accuracy and quality.

Requirements :

3 5+ years of experience in wire harness or cable assembly manufacturing (aerospace, defense, or industrial preferred).

Proficiency in reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, blueprints, and schematics.

Skilled in crimping, soldering, and splicing to specification.

Experience in AS9100 quality-controlled environments.

Ability to read drawings and wire schematics.

Clear understanding of the English Language; Read, Write and Speak
