A company is looking for an Onboarding & Integration Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a seamless experience
Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires, managing communications and expectations
Monitor and improve the onboarding process through feedback collection and documentation updates
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field (preferred)
2-5 years of HR operational experience or project coordination with a focus on employee experience
Proficiency with HRIS systems and onboarding / training workflow tools
Strong customer-service mindset and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work in a remote / hybrid environment and manage logistics across geographic boundaries
