You will create and use programming specs to build assigned components, ensuring these components are properly documented, unit tested, and ready for integration. You will fix defects found during pre- and post-production and provide work estimates for development tasks. / ppPrimary responsibilities include : / pulliAnalyze, design, develop, test and deploy code on a mainframe platform (z / OS) based upon user specifications. / liliAnalyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications and programming solutions. / liliProvide technical assistance in solving software problems. / liliCreate and maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes, including specifications, design, and user guides. / liliAssist in training and mentoring junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices in mainframe development. / liliEnsure proper change management for all requested changes, fixes and enhancements to production applications. / lili24 X 7 on-call support rotation is required. / liliNight and weekend Production / QA Support. / li / ulpYour future at Kyndryl offers a way forward to grow your career. Your actual compensation may vary depending on your geography, job-related skills and experience. For part time roles, the compensation will be adjusted appropriately. The pay or salary range will not be below any applicable state, city or local minimum wage requirement. / ppThere is a different applicable compensation range for the following work locations : / ppCalifornia : $94,440 to $195,840 / ppColorado : $85,920 to $163,320 / ppNew York City : $103,080 to $195,840 / ppWashington : $94,440 to $179,400 / ppWashington DC : $94,440 to $179,400 / ppThis position will be eligible for Kyndryls discretionary annual bonus program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Kyndryls applicable plans. You may also receive a comprehensive benefits package which includes medical and dental coverage, disability, retirement benefits, paid leave, and paid time off.
