[job_card.job_description]Work Warm Leads : Connect with pre-qualified clients who have already shown interest — no cold prospecting required Build Relationships : Meet with clients in person or virtually to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Present & Close : Explain coverage options clearly and help clients complete applications with confidence Follow-Up & Retain : Maintain lasting client relationships and ensure continued satisfaction Earn & Grow : Track your performance, manage leads, and grow your book of business — earning residual income every month Strong communication and people skills Coachable, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Must be able to pass a background check and obtain a state life insurance license (temporary licensing available in Alabama) Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful, but not required; we’ll train you Reliable transportation
T. Ray & Associates is seeking motivated and driven Field Sales Representatives to join our growing team! This is not your typical sales job - you’ll work exclusive warm leads , meeting with clients who have already requested information about our life insurance programs.
Genuine conversations with people who are expecting your call or visit.
This position offers flexible hours, immediate income potential, and long-term residual earnings. Your goal is to help families secure affordable coverage that provides peace of mind.
