Senior Healthcare Economics Advisor

A company is looking for a Senior Advisor - Healthcare Economics (CMS).

Key Responsibilities

Communicate expertise in decision-making to design health behavior support programs aligned with CMS models

Build and track learning systems through A / B testing, continuous measurement, and scaling plans

Lead data analysis efforts on behavioral economics projects, translating findings into strategic recommendations

Required Qualifications

Master's degree in behavioral or health economics, psychology of decision-making, healthcare, or related field

10+ years of relevant professional experience; additional education may substitute for experience

Advanced experience in applying behavioral science and change management strategies

Experience with CMMI / CMS pilots, health system innovation, and strong data literacy

Intermediate experience with collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams and SharePoint
