Job Title: Certified Medical Assistant
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Medical Assistant responsible for patient scheduling, conducting follow-up calls, and performing various office duties such as stocking supplies and chart preparation. The role involves maintaining accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system, rooming patients, taking vital signs, and setting up aseptic/sterile procedure trays. You will ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards.
Responsibilities
- Schedule patient appointments and conduct follow-up calls.
- Perform office duties including stocking supplies and preparing charts.
- Maintain accurate patient records using the EPIC charting system.
- Room patients and take vital signs.
- Set up aseptic/sterile procedure trays.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
Essential Skills
- Proficiency in EPIC charting system.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Washington State Certified MA (WA MA-C).
- At least 6 months of medical assistant experience.
- Experience in rooming patients, taking vital signs, and using electronic medical records (EMR).
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare processes.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Work Environment
The position offers a variety of shifts (5x8 and 4x10) between the hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Opportunities are available in Seattle, Olympia, Bothell, and Bellevue.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Seattle, WA.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $24.00 - $30.00/hr.
