Bilingual Finance Producer Needed

Wondries Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Bilingual Finance Producer to join our team and deliver an exceptional customer experience to our Mandarin- Cantonese- and Spanish-speaking clients. As a key member of our Finance Department youll help customers secure vehicle financing while ensuring all transactions are accurate transparent and compliant with legal and financial regulations.

Responsibilities

Facilitate financing and leasing options for vehicle purchases

Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions

Ensure all contracts and documents are complete accurate and compliant

Deliver clear professional communication to all customers

Provide exceptional service throughout the financing process

Requirements

Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin Cantonese or Spanish

Previous experience in automotive finance or F&I preferred

Strong communication organization and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
