    • Schedule Details :

  • Self-Scheduled
  • 3rd Shift (7pm - 7 : 30am)
  • FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts)
  • 2 Mondays & 2 Fridays per 6-week schedule
  • 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule
  • 2 Holidays (1 Summer & 1 Winter)

    • Why Join Our Internal Float Pool? Experience variety, challenge, and growth in a night shift role as part of the Internal Float Pool. You will rotate between ED Boarding, Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, and ICU support units, expanding your clinical skills with each shift.

    What You'll Do :

  • Provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment.
  • Adapt quickly to different unit workflows while maintaining clinical excellence.

    • What We're Looking For :

  • Experience : Minimum 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).
  • Flexibility : Able to meet the following schedule requirements;
  • 2 Fridays
  • 2 Mondays
  • 1 Weekend

    • Training & Skills :

  • Training provided in :
  • ACLS
  • NNIHSS
  • IV Ultrasound
  • Charge Nurse cross-training to enhance leadership skills.

    • Responsibilities : Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care, utilizing the nursing process to deliver safe and therapeutic care. Address changes in patient conditions promptly, ensuring patient safety and promoting a positive healthcare experience. Collaborate effectively within the team, participate in quality initiatives, and engage in professional development activities.

    Licenses & Certifications : Registered Nurse license in the relevant state and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

    Degrees : Completion of an accredited nursing program.

    Required Functional Experience : Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

    Knowledge, Skills & Abilities : Proficient interpersonal skills, ability to make critical decisions, and excellent organizational abilities are essential.
