Job Overview

The primary purpose of your position is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise the day?to?day nursing activities performed by nursing shift staff. Supervision must be in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, and align with the Director of Nursing or Clinical Care Coordinators guidance to ensure the highest quality of care at all times.
