Shipping Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Administrator to support daily shipping operations. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, reliable, and able to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in processing shipping documents. This role will also provide backup support for inventory control duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Schedule and track inbound and outbound shipments using multiple transportation modes
  • Prepare and process Bills of Lading (BOLs) and packing lists
  • Allocate orders and transfer orders to invoice
  • Assist with inventory cycle counts and physical inventories
  • Support logistics team and step in as needed for other operational tasks

Qualifications :

  • 23+ years of logistics or shipping office experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in MS Office and TMS systems
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent attendance record
  • Ability to manage interruptions, stay focused, and collaborate effectively with team members
