Utilities face intensifying regulatory scrutiny under NERC, with fines ranging from tens of thousands to millions of dollars. Yet most compliance is still manual: spreadsheets, checklists, and consultants dominate. As the grid modernizes, these legacy approaches cant scale.

We see an opportunity to build an AI-native compliance copilotautomating evidence collection, anomaly detection, and audit preparation across 95+ NERC standards. By embedding AI directly into utility workflows, this platform can cut costs, reduce risks, and keep operators audit-ready at all times.

About you:

• Domain expertise in utilities, energy regulation, or compliance SaaS

• Track record of building products for regulated industries or critical infrastructure

• Strong technical instincts and ability to embed AI into operational workflows

• Collaborative, with the ability to engage regulators, operators, and engineers

• Passion for transforming compliance into a strategic advantage

• Ability to collaborate in North American time zones
