Position Overview :

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Concierge and Security Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests, as well as providing exceptional customer service as a concierge.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and assist visitors and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized personnel enter
• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure safety and security
• Respond to emergency situations and take appropriate action
• Monitor security cameras and report any suspicious activity
• Handle and resolve conflicts or disturbances in a calm and professional manner
• Assist with the coordination of emergency response procedures
• Maintain accurate records and logs of daily activities
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients and their guests
