Information Clerk

This is a remote position.

The Information Clerk serves as a central point of contact providing information to clients employees and visitors. This position maintains updated company data answers inquiries and assists with administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities :

Answer phone calls and respond to emails or in-person inquiries.

Provide information about company services policies and procedures.

Maintain records of inquiries correspondence and requests.

Assist in preparing reports and updating contact databases.

Direct inquiries to appropriate departments when necessary.

Qualifications :

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and database software.
