Certified (B-2) Early Childhood Teacher

NEG is recruiting a passionate Certified Early Childhood Teacher to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine interest in nurturing young minds. Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children
- Foster social, emotional, and intellectual development in young learners
- Conduct assessments to monitor students' progress
- Collaborate with parents to support each child's individual needs
- Organize and participate in educational activities and field trips

Qualifications:

- Masters/Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education

AND

- NYS Licensed Teacher in one of the following areas:

Early Childhood Education (birth-grade 2)

Nursery, Kindergarten & Grades 1-6 Permanent Certificate

Pre K, K & 1-6 Permanent Certificate

Special Education Permanent Certificate

Special Education Provisional Certificate

Students with Disabilities (all grades)

Students With Disabilities (Birth - Grade 2)

Professional Certificate

Students with Disabilities (birth-grade 2)

AND
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare setting (2+ years)
- Knowledge of childhood development theories and practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences
