• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

Responsibilities

Directs health care and clinical service delivery for the agency's community-based group homes and day programs serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Supervises a team of field-based travel nurses (LPNs) in the performance of clinical duties.

Provides specialized and other clinical training for nurses, direct support professionals, and department leaders.

Ensures the agency meets regulatory and quality assurance standards in the delivery of health care within all programs.

Travels to programs to review individual records, collaborate with para-professional team members, and evaluate nursing personnel performance on site.

Acts as a member of the interdisciplinary team, attends clinical meetings, and participates in the applicant admission screening process.

Communicates with families, guardians, funders, community medical providers, and interdisciplinary team members in client care planning and service delivery.
