Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Perform day-to-day tasks to support assigned area with meeting business needs while satisfying internship requirementsAnswer guest inquiries regarding marketed offers and communications applying discretion while adhering to property goals and policies when determining appropriate corrective actionWork in Island Passport, Hotel and / or Call Center as scheduled (must meet or exceed expectations for each position while in the role)Maintain integrity and accuracy of various databases in order to increase efficiency and success of guest contactManage treatment and affective administration of returned mailPrepare ongoing analysis reports focusing on the system or program integrityManage a series of guest correspondence initiativesProvide support for market analysis initiativesWork 3 5 special events, including parades, concerts, fairs and festivals to assist with property needsComplete special projects to support assigned area with meeting business needs while satisfying internship requirementsProvide accurate and consistent support in assigned departmentSpecific duties for each intern may vary and are intended to provide a well-rounded perspective to satisfy internship requirements.Knowledge and Certification, Skills and Abilities :
Required :
High School Diploma / GED or equivalent experienceCurrent enrollment in 2 or 4-year post-secondary educational program pursuing a degree in a field of study related to the area where the internship is being performedPreferred :
Previous guest service experienceRequired Skills :

Must be able to walk and / or stand for long periods throughout the dayMust have a good sense of balance, and be able to bend, kneel and stoopMust have the ability to independently lift up to 25 pounds on a frequent basisMust be able to perform repetitive hand and wrist motionsMust have good eye hand coordinationWorking Environment :
