Process Operator-Industrial SprayPainter 2nd shift Exeter, NH 20-23 / hr + 10% Process Operator III (Spraypaint) Second-Shift Painter to apply high-quality finishes in accordance with MIL-SPEC paint standards. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with polyurethane paints and epoxy coatings in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. This role is essential in ensuring our components meet strict industry, customer, and government requirements. Responsibilities : Apply paint finishes to components using spray equipment, following MIL-SPEC and internal quality standards. Mix, prepare, and apply polyurethane paints, epoxy coatings, and primers. Inspect surfaces and finished parts for defects, ensuring adherence to specifications. Read and interpret work orders, technical drawings, and process sheets. Maintain paint equipment, spray booths, and mixing areas to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Record materials used, and processes completed in accordance with documentation requirements. Follow all safety, environmental, and quality control procedures. Qualifications : High School (High school diploma) or GED Minimum 2–3 years of experience in industrial, manufacturing, or aerospace painting. Hands-on experience with MIL-SPEC paint systems. Proficiency with polyurethane paints, epoxy coatings, and related application methods. Ability to operate spray guns, mixing systems, and other painting tools. Strong understanding of surface preparation and finishing techniques. Ability to work safely with chemicals, solvents, and PPE. High attention to detail and commitment to product quality
