[job_card.job_description]Full-time / permanent inpatient position Experience or new grad accepted Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills Call Schedule – CRNAs act as a second call to the Anesthesiologists. Typically here for a case if there is more than 1 OR running after 3 : 30pm on the weekdays; or if this occurs on the weekends. We do our best to try not to schedule any electric cases past 3 : 30pm. When fully staffed, there is a weeknight and weekend rotation amongst 3 CRNAs. The schedules are monthly. Salary Range - $75.00 - $125.00 per hour Munster, IN and East Chicago, IN EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings Easy to use; support department available Highly competitive salary offers Medical / Dental / Vision insurance plans available 403B opportunities including employer match Flexible time off Well established not-for-profit 4 hospital system

Target Start Date : Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements
Work Schedule – Monday – Friday – 7a – 3 : 3pm with an evening, weekend and holiday on-call rotation
EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
