[job_card.job_description]A highly competitive hourly base pay Bonuses awarded bi-weekly based on daily patient volume metrics to reward providers working at high volume locations 100% funded health , dental, and vision plans Flexible scheduling that creates a work-life balance with no on-call or inpatient duties Malpractice coverage No out-of-pocket costs for visits at all TAUC locations Career advancement opportunities with compensation to senior provider, Training Team, Medical Director Annual CME allowance and licensure reimbursement 401k match Wholesale club membership reimbursement (Amazon Prime, Sam’s Club, Costco, or BJ’s) Provide a level of care that goes beyond the traditional urgent care setting Ensure comprehensive care for patients of all ages Procedures to include EKG and X-ray interpretation, abscess incision and drainage, infection management, reduction of dislocations, splinting of fractures, laceration repair, IV hydration, and medication administration Serve as a role model and leader for the clinical team Communicate test results, follow-up care, and treatment plans Effectively communicate and collaborate with Physicians Work with an energetic, highly-trained support team, including many shifts with a scribe Board Certified (or Board Eligible) Family Nurse Practitioner Experience with procedures such as suturing and abscess I&D Experience with reading diagnostics studies, including X-rays and EKGs 2+ years of clinical experience in emergency medicine, urgent care, or ambulatory care highly preferred ACLS and PALS Certification preferred

TAUC is the leading urgent care provider in the Greater St. Louis community, delivering care since 2008. TAUC (pronounced "talk") was founded and designed by emergency medicine physicians who believe that patients deserve access to fast, friendly, and affordable healthcare.
- Advanced diagnostic tools : Onsite CT, X-Ray, Ultrasound, EKG, and labs to provide a higher level of treatment
- Flexible scheduling : +35 locations and growing in St. Louis, Illinois, and Kansas City
