Business Manager

A company is looking for a Business Manager (Part-Time).

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, financial reporting, and cash management

Ensure compliance with non-profit regulations and maintain financial policies and procedures

Provide financial guidance to the Executive Director and Board of Directors, including presenting financial reports

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting; CPA is a plus

At least 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit setting

Demonstrated knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting

Experience working with senior leadership and staff

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and technology for process automation
