Schedule & Additional Information :

Nights with 8 and 12-hour shifts

Every third weekend and holiday rotation required

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000 for 3rd Shift

Student Loan Forgiveness : Up to $20,000

Tuition Assistance : Up to $7,200

RN Referral Bonus : $5,000 (for Advocate Aurora teammates)

Unit Overview :

Join our 24-bed Neurosurgical Unit, where you'll care for a diverse and complex patient population, including :

Post-operative craniotomies for bleed evacuation, AVMs, and tumor resections

Cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine surgeries

Hemorrhagic and ischemic stroke patients

A high volume of cervical and spinal surgery patients, along with medical overflow cases

Your Role & Responsibilities :

Deliver comprehensive, evidence-based patient care.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for safe and compassionate care.

Utilize clinical judgment and skilled communication for optimal outcomes.

Contribute positively to the patient care experience.

Education & Experience Requirements :

Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Completion of an accredited nursing program.

1 year of clinical nursing experience required.

Physical Requirements :

Able to lift, carry, push, and pull as necessary for patient care.

Must be able to perform tasks involving fine motor skills and direct patient care.
