About the Role

Are you ready to take on a technical leadership position that bridges the gap between management and junior engineering staff? This mid-level role combines process engineering expertise with project management responsibilities, offering a clear path to leadership for those who want to grow their career.

You’ll work on complex wastewater and industrial projects (75% wastewater, 25% industrial), mentor junior engineers, and lead select projects independently—all while applying your technical skills in Civil 3D, process design, and QA / QC oversight.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Technical Leadership :

Apply process and civil engineering principles to wastewater treatment and industrial utility projects.

Manage and mentor 1–3 junior staff members.

Lead select projects independently, reporting to management.

What We’re Looking For

Strong experience in process engineering and civil design.

Typically 3–7 years in process / civil engineering roles.

Effective communicator and mentor.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $150000.00 / yr.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Orange,CA.
