A company is looking for a Loan Resolution Specialist II.
Key Responsibilities
Contact responsible parties on loans to determine the cause of delinquency
Assist in developing plans to reinstate member obligations through repayment arrangements
Make recommendations for actions to protect the interests of the Credit Union
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
Knowledge of Debtor / Creditor Collection Law and Fair Debt Collections Practices Act
Experience in a call center environment is beneficial
Basic to intermediate operational knowledge of office and PC equipment
Bilingual (Spanish) is desired
