Location : Wyoming, Mi Shift : Day Shift – 6 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday–Thursday Pay : $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Job Summary

Are you a motivated and detail-oriented individual looking for a new opportunity? We’re seeking a CNC Operator to join our team in Wyoming, MI. In this role, you’ll be an essential part of our production team, operating precision CNC machinery to help us deliver high-quality fabricated components with accuracy and efficiency.

What You'll Be Doing

As a CNC Operator , your core responsibilities will include :

Operating and Setting Up CNC Equipment : Run, set up, load, and unload 3-Axis CNC routers, flatbed routers, and flatbed lasers to ensure precise and consistent production results.

Reading Prints and Work Orders : Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to perform accurate machining operations and meet production requirements.

Using Precision Measurement Tools : Apply calipers, tape measures, and perform conversions between fractional, millimeter, and decimal measurements to verify product accuracy.

In addition, you will also be expected to skid materials for shipment, assist with general labor and fabrication tasks, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications :

1 year of CNC operating experience preferred

Experience in plastics fabrication or CNC programming a plus

Reliable, dependable, and detail-oriented

Must be able to commute or relocate to Wyoming, MI before starting work

Skills :

Technical Accuracy : Ability to read blueprints and measure precisely to ensure quality production.

Mechanical Aptitude : Strong understanding of CNC operation and basic troubleshooting to maintain workflow.

Team Collaboration : Work effectively with coworkers to meet daily production goals and ensure consistent output.
