Client Relationship Consultants build relationships with customers, engaging them via multiple channels including in-person, by appointment, and virtually to provide the best possible counsel while adapting a digital first mindset. Strong client relationships are based on trust, assessing and attending to customers' banking needs, obtaining and processing customer and account information, demonstrating and educating clients on available deposit and loan products and services, and recommending solutions based on each customer's unique goals and needs. The role requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z.

Basic Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Typically has a minimum four to five years of job-related, retail banking experience or a combination of experience and commensurate training

Preferred Skills / Experience :

This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location five (5) days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role.
