Join our dynamic team as a Picker / Packer where you will play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. This position involves picking orders from inventory using a scanner and, if comfortable, operating an orange lift for higher shelves. Packers will handle delicate items with care, ensuring they are properly bubble-wrapped and boxed. Your performance will be evaluated based on efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibilities :

• Pick orders from inventory using a scanner.
• Operate an orange lift for higher shelves, if comfortable with heights.
• Pack orders with appropriate packaging materials, such as bubble wrap for delicate items.
• Select the correct box size for each item.
• Track performance and efficiency using a scanner.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and work within established guidelines.

Work Environment :

Work in a bustling warehouse setting with a casual dress code, excluding offensive graphic tees, crop tops, and open-toed or open-heeled shoes. The schedule is Monday-Saturday, 8am-4 : 30pm, with every other Saturday off. The environment is diverse, inclusive, and requires the ability to maintain a fast pace during busy periods.

Job Type & Location :

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits :

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
