• Oversee daily operations of multiple properties, ensuring all facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective property maintenance and repairs.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention, fostering a welcoming community atmosphere.
