Pediatrician Opportunity near Boise, Idaho

A growing healthcare system in Gem County, Idaho, just a few minutes from Boise, is seeking a dedicated pediatrician to join their team-based practice. This is a fantastic chance to make a significant impact in a community in need of specialized pediatric care. Connect with us today to learn more!

Practice Setting

  • Join a newly constructed, PCMH-certified Rural Health Clinic
  • Work alongside four family physicians, three advanced practice providers, and urgent care clinicians
  • Opportunity to collaborate with Boise-based pediatric subspecialists
  • Provide pediatric care for children with complex medical needs
  • Opportunities for Medical Directorship and other leadership roles based on interest and experience

Schedule

  • Traditional Monday-Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility to create a 4-day workweek
  • Flexible full-time or .75 FTE options to suit your needs and preferences

    • No call required

    Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary of $210,000 annually with additional wRVU production incentives
  • $20,000 sign-on bonus in Year 1, $10k Year 2 ,and $10k year
  • Up to $200,000 in student loan repayment
  • Comprehensive benefits include full medical and dental coverage for you and your family, 403B retirement plan with matching contributions, and malpractice coverage with tail insurance
  • Paid time off, CME funding, life insurance, HSA / FSA options, and voluntary benefits including Aflac for short-term disability and more
