The Business Service Representative role provides Customer support to Equifax Mortgage Customers. In this role you will field telephone calls and / or emails pertaining to the support of our Mortgage Customers.
What you'll do
- Answer customer calls and / or emails providing prompt issue resolution
- Manage outbound calls to gain information and / or follow up to resolve customer issues
- Contribute to positive metrics : Quality, productivity, email aging, adherence, et cetera
- Manage client dialog while documenting details of client interaction in Salesforce
