Business Development Manager job in San Diego, CA About the Role : We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join a growing company based in Carlsbad, CA. • Conduct outbound outreach via phone and email to generate leads
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients
• Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs
• Track sales activities and maintain accurate records
• Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm

Compensation :

Base Pay : $21 / hour

High commission potential (Up to $3,000 / month)

Location :

Hybrid / Remote work schedule

Office is located in Carlsbad, CA

Need to live local to San Diego

Qualifications :

Bilingual (Spanish / English) required

Strong passion for sales and business development

Comfortable with cold calling and proactive outreach

Experience in financial services, freight factoring, logistics, insurance, or B2B services is a plus

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting
