Job purpose

As a payroll intern at BorgWarner youll gain hands-on experience in payrolls operations while learning how a global organization ensures employ e es are paid accurately and on time . You w i l l work closely with the payroll team and HR using tools like Workday and ADP to process data run reports and support compliance activities.

Key responsibilities

Assist with day-to-day payroll administration

Answer employee and internal HR ques tions

Run and compile reports and a udit data from multiple systems

Assist with compliance activities

Special projects

An alytical skills

Strong excel skills and ability to learn software and create reports

C onfidentiality

Coursework in accounting finance or data analytics is highly desired

This position will adhere to Global Star Safety Program including safety rules practices and training as outlined in the BorgWarner PTC Safety Policy Manual which includes the use of equipment protective devices or clothing that the employer requires . This individual will work in manners that stress the importance of preventing accidents and illnesses. He / she must take every precaution reasonable in the given circumstance for the protection of themselves and addition he / she is responsible for reporting all injuries and / or possible dangerous situations incidents or occurrences to the immediate supervisor.
