Position Overview:
This progressive and client-focused company seeks a Project Manager with healthcare construction experience to play a critical role in its continued success. This position is ideal for a candidate with the expertise and vision to manage high-profile projects exceeding $20 million.

Key Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry.
• Proven success leading projects in commercial, hospitality, and healthcare sectors
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Healthcare construction experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of construction projects, ensuring they remain on schedule and within budget.
• Develop and manage construction budgets, addressing challenges under tight deadlines.
