As an AT&T Business Account Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with local businesses to support AT&T’s exclusive distribution model. The AT&T Business Account Representative will be fully equipped with the knowledge and tools required to confidently consult with business owners, present tailored solutions for their needs, and manage their accounts.

Day-to-Day Duties of the AT&T Business Account Representative

Identify and engage local businesses to assess telecom needs and align them with AT&T’s business-grade wireless and internet solutions.

Present AT&T-exclusive services—including fiber internet, fleet wireless plans, and mobile devices—tailored to operational goals.

Manage a portfolio of business accounts, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and opportunities for service expansion.

Collaborate with AT&T retail teams to recognize and support business clients visiting exclusive locations.

Execute sales, onboarding, and account updates with accuracy, professionalism, and full compliance with AT&T’s retail protocols.

Contribute to regional business growth by meeting performance targets and supporting AT&T’s Exclusive Distribution Model outreach strategy.
