Overview :

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in our Med / Surg / Telemetry unit, where you will provide exceptional, patient-centered care. This position is an excellent opportunity for new graduate RNs to learn in a supportive environment while developing essential clinical skills.

Shifts Available : Days and Nights

Employment Type : Full Time, Part Time

Hours : 12hr Shifts

Sign-On Bonus : $15,000.00

Responsibilities :

As a Registered Nurse, you will :

• Deliver direct patient care, clinical monitoring, and team support.
• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and create individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to nursing standards.
• Monitor vital signs, cardiac telemetry, and diagnostic results.
• Communicate changes in patient condition to physicians and team members.
• Educate patients and families on disease management, procedures, and discharge planning.
• Supervise and support licensed and unlicensed nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with hospital policies.
