Responsibilities :

Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. As a Service Advisor, you will :

  • Client Interaction : Conduct annual review of client accounts, maintain detailed client files, and manage daily client communications.
  • Financial Analysis & Planning : Conduct financial analyses, develop financial plans, and provide customized investment recommendations with guidance from the Lead Advisor.
  • Relationship Management : Deepen client relationships and engage with prospects and clients transitioning from the Lead Advisor.
  • Investment Recommendations : Perform portfolio risk assessments and offer investment advice based on comprehensive research.
  • Client Retention : Implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty through excellent service.

    • What Were Looking For :

    Required :

  • Active Series 65 or 66 license (required for securities sales).
  • Experience handling confidential, detailed paperwork in a professional setting.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent verbal / written communication.
  • Self-motivated, process-driven, and proactive.

    • Preferred :

  • Client-facing experience in an office environment.
  • Active Virginia Life and Health License (or willingness to obtainwell support you!).
  • CFP certification or pursuit of it.
  • Proven success in developing and retaining client relationships in financial services.
