Job Description :

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, activity modification, and adaptive equipment recommendations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Document patient progress accurately and maintain up-to-date records in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Educate patients, caregivers, and families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.

Education and Certification Requirements :

  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Active California state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
