Murex Production Support

Job description

• Experience with Murex Environment management is a must
• Managing Murex Environments as part of a Murex Migration 31 upgrade migration run the bank
• The person is expected to troubleshoot Infrastructure application issues noticed on the monitoring or raised by users work on granting the access to environments and other requests
• Review existing infrastructure software configuration management processes
• Redesign existing processes
• Ensure hardware software requirements are met to handle Murex releases
• Monitoring of applications and EOD batches in SIT UAT and Production
• Ensure smooth handover to BAU team post releases
• Technical skills required are Linux Shell Scripting Database SybaseSQL
• Optional ITRS Geneos monitoring JIRA Confluence ServiceNow
• Experience in monitoring and troubleshooting Murex EoD batches
• Experience working in both Unix and Windows environment
• Knowledge of ControlM Shell scripting
• Should have experience in working SQL queries
• Experience in performing maintenance activities
• Experience in Incident Problem change and release management process
• The team is expected to provide coverage from London to North America business hours supporting the Dev Testing users
