Based in their headquarters in the Lower West Side of Chicago, Illinois, this role will encompass a wide range of sales and operational responsibilities while directly contributing to strategic business goals. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Oversee all HVAC operations to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to grow customer base and increase revenue.
- Create and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry partners.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs related to sales performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all projects and service calls are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate scheduling of service calls, installations, and maintenance visits.
- Maintain inventory control systems and manage equipment and parts procurement.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure competitive service offerings.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, operational metrics, and team productivity.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
5+ years of experience in HVAC operations.Proven track record in sales leadership within the HVAC or related technical services industry.In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, installation procedures, and maintenance requirements.Strong understanding of sales techniques and customer relationship management.Experience with creating and managing departmental budgets.Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Proficiency with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and HVAC-specific software.Valid driver's license with clean driving record.EPA certification and other relevant HVAC certifications are a plus.
