Collision Center Manager

Salary: 100,000-200,000+

A1 Body and Glass is currently interviewing individuals for a Collision General Manager to perform all-purpose duties, which may include, but is not limited to the overall operation of their center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. This individual will also recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, monitor current financial performance metrics, and review previous months financial metrics to identify opportunities and trends. A Collision General Manager will be required to ensure our center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in a manner consistent with A1s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners and industry guidelines/standards.

• Developing and maintaining productive relationships with all our partners
• Driving the business through a high level of involvement in the day-to-day operations

What are the requirements for this job?

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive General Manager experience
• Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
• Proven ability to attract, develop and retain great talent
• Strong financial and business acumen and the ability to drive revenue and profitability
• Demonstrated communication and interpersonal skills
• Organization and follow-up skills
• Experience and desire to work with technology
• Valid in-state drivers license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
