Job Description

Oversee daily on-site operations for healthcare construction projects

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and infection control protocols

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and site personnel

Maintain project schedule and ensure timely milestones are met

Conduct site meetings and collaborate with project managers and engineers

Monitor quality control to meet healthcare construction standards

Communicate regularly with clients, inspectors, and hospital staff

Manage logistics, deliveries, and site access within active medical environments
