We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our community committed to delivering outstanding service to our residents. As an Occupational Therapist , you will play an important role in all phases occupational therapy treatment programs for residents in a variety of settings according to accepted Occupational Therapy practices and principles and in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team in a way that meets or exceeds Buckner quality, service, and hospitality standards. What you'll do :

• Evaluate, develop and initiate individual physical therapy treatment plan for residents.
• Deliver occupational therapy treatments and modalities per physician's orders.
• Assign and supervise care given by the Occupational Therapist and or Therapy Technician.
• Maintain records and submit documentation timely.
• Complete discharge summary timely and accurately.
• Maintain communications with residents and family members on an ongoing basis.
• Work successfully as part of a team and be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with coworkers.
