Litigation Paralegal for our client in Charleston, SC. We are looking for candidates who have worked with Personal Injury, Mass Torts, or Class-Action Lawsuits. Successful candidates must have the ability to manage a large caseload in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities- Oversee specific cases and provide expert representation.
- Conduct research, manage case preparation, and ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards.
- Mentor junior attorneys.
- Maintain client communication.
- Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and resources.
- Stay updated on Camp Lejeune and mass tort law developments.
Requirements- Associates degree required, Bachelors degree preferred.
- 5-plus years of experience in Mass Tort litigation at a reputable firm, showcasing a strong track record in the field.
- Able to work from our client’s Charleston office.
- Strong communication skills are required.
- Ability to multitask and manage a process successfully.

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $55,000 - $65,000, though a candidate's salary will be determined on a range of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications and experience.Qualified candidates, please apply.
