Overview

The Colorado Statewide Internet Portal Authority (SIPA) is an independent governmental authority empowering over 1,000 state and local governments across Colorado with critical e-Government solutions. SIPA helps Colorado's governments rapidly modernize their digital services and deliver exceptional resident experiences.

SIPA is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to ensure SIPA’s supplier partners provide the best possible technology services in alignment with SIPA’s strategic objectives and statutory mission as stated in section 24-37.7.105, C.R.S.
