We are seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Loan Officer to lead our business development efforts in the Dallas market. In this role, you will originate commercial real estate loans and build strong relationships with loan brokers and prospective borrowers. Your contributions will play a key role in expanding our lending footprint across Texas.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of the Dallas / Fort Worth, Houston, Austin, and San Antonio real estate markets, along with a strong foundation in accounting and credit analysis to support sound underwriting and strategic deal structuring.

Compensation :

$100,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

• Originate floating-rate commercial real estate loans
• Build and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers
• Review and analyze financial information from loan applicants
• Conduct site visits and evaluate properties and locations
• Meet and communicate with loan applicants and assess their financial needs
• Determine appropriate pricing and loan structures
• Coordinate with all parties to facilitate loan closing
• Maintain interpersonal connections with loan applicants
