Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Location : Hayward, CA (Start at Country Drive with float to Hayward site)

Setting : Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule : Full Time, Day Shift

We’re looking for a dedicated and flexible Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Hayward, California . This role starts at our Country Drive location, currently serving a caseload of approximately 8 patients, with occasional float to our Hayward site supporting 1–2 patients. If you’re passionate about helping patients regain their communication and swallowing abilities in a supportive rehab environment, we’d love to connect with you.

Requirements :

Active California SLP license

Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program

Current ASHA Certification (CCC) or Clinical Fellow status

BLS certification

Skilled nursing or geriatric care experience preferred

Strong documentation and communication skills

Your Impact :

Conduct evaluations and develop customized treatment plans

Provide therapy for speech, language, cognition, and swallowing disorders

Work collaboratively with a rehab team across multiple sites

Educate patients, caregivers, and staff for effective carryover

Maintain accurate and timely documentation
